Rhodes Observatory的点评
点评：So we read some reviews on this place in advance. Many good reviews and a few bad reviews but here is our experience.
I'm a novice stargazer but I can recognise a few constellations. I emailed the observatory in advance because I wanted to see Saturn knowing it's visible this month. I got a reply in good time and decided to book in.
After my experience I can honestly say I do not understand the negative reviews so I'd just ignore them. I couldn't find my booking receipt straight away although I knew I had it and Stergos was patient and welcoming checking the bookings for me to go ahead on time.
This is obviously a passion and lifelong love of Stergos and the family run apartments adjacent look to a great standard. Stergos has good knowledge of the night sky and exactly how to navigate the observatory equipment which seems really good level equipment. I saw Saturn and although currently reflective in white the shape and ring shape was very clear to me, much more than I've previously seen through telescopes even during the so called planetary alignment earlier in Feb this year. I absolutely would come here again and hope when I return to Rhodes to look at availability to stay at the apartments too. Really really good experience. Thankyou so much, I have no hesitation in recommending this place to visit 😊 reasonably priced and well worth doing xx
