Awful food, terrible service
Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat的点评
点评：Moddershall Oaks restaurant, came for a bit of lunch on Sunday afternoon.
The entire experience was very disappointing, including the food and service.
The service was extremely slow, kept going to the bar area where all the waitresses were buzzing to ask about food and drinks as no one came back to us since we arrived and during our stay.
In the end, one hour later since we ordered the food it appeared that our choice was not available and we needed to choose a different meal, and we did.
My husband had chicken and leek pie for £19 and it was actually no pie presented but looked like a tiny thin samosa on the top of mashed potatoes and the pizza from the kids' menu arrived as a wet slop of dough covered with a fat layer of cheese and came in a bowl, which was a very unusual wayy to serve the pizza I must admit.
Both “dishes” were successfully returned to the kitchen where they came from. The chief should be embarrassed for serving such food to the customers.
Never mind mentioning the service, which simply did not exist. The day was ruined, and will not come back again.
