Lovely staff and food. Let down by facilities unfortunately
Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat的点评
点评：I had a gifted spa day with lunch and I have been to other spas previously but not to this one. I wasn’t sure what to expect but from the photos I was expecting quite a luxury experience…
The food was lovely and the staff were really nice however there were a few things I feel let the spa down.
The indoor pool and changing rooms were smaller than I expected which was disappointing as it felt a little old. The main issue we had was people putting their towels and robes on the seating areas and then going for treatment/lunch and not moving them so we had no where to sit and relax (there was about 4 people in the pool/hot tub area and towels on every chair)
The same goes for the outdoor area, after not being able to sit and relax inside we went outside to fine the same issue. There isn’t many beds outside to sit on (apart from up a grassy hill) and the ones what we managed to get on you end up freezing cold. After getting out of the pool and putting your robes on then doing this 3/4 times throughout the day the towels end up very wet and we did sit there quite cold throughout the day as there’s no heat lamps or anything.
Maybe it just wasn’t for me personally and it wasn’t an overall negative experience it just wasn’t quite what I’ve had with other spa experiences.

也许只是不太适合我个人，这倒也算不上糟糕的体验，只是跟我之前体验过的其他水疗不太一样。
