点评：I booked a tour with this company the day before the tour was scheduled. I was asked by the agent to do a transfer of the full amount. He forwarded me the banking details. I asked to pay via PayPal, but he insisted that I do a bank transfer. Next thing I was told that I could not go ahead with the tour as the money would take a couple of days to show up in their bank account. This caused so much inconvenience and stress as we were not able to reschedule to a later day due to our travel plans. It was more than AU$1200. The agent was not only unhelpful, but also rude and told me that I should’ve done the transfer at a bank branch in Thailand - I feel I should’ve been told this explicitly at the time when he asked me to do the transfer. We ended up having to book with a different company and I spent hours on the phone with my bank to make sure that they will not receive the money from the payment I made. All around an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend.
