点评：Jaime helped us plan a Jewish History tour in Santiago, one excursion in Puerto Montt and three in Buenos Aires. While he was responsive and followed up after each outing, there were a few issues along the way. The original pricing he provided changed when he later told us he had made a mistake, and the final cost ended up being higher than the initial quote. In addition, he booked us for a full‑day excursion in Tigre even though the tour company he contracts with only offered a half‑day option on the date we went. We did receive a refund for the difference.
The excursions themselves were very enjoyable—particularly the ranch visit and the Puerto Montt tour, even though that tour was not led by Jaime as originally planned. The Jewish History tour was conducted by a young rabbinical student after the original guide was unexpectedly unable to attend due to a car accident the night before. Aaron, our tour guide took us to the places we requested including a Blue Stone outlet where I purchased a bracelet for myself and earrings for my daughter. Overall, we had pleasant experiences; however, I would recommend arranging your own hotel accommodations, as we found substantially better rates at the same properties than those offered through Jaime.
