Mangwanani African Day Spa的点评
点评：*Not what we expected, especially compared to other branches*
We booked the half day package to celebrate our 18th anniversary and were quite disappointed.
The *setup wasn’t nice* — there was *no privacy* in the relaxation areas and it was *too noisy* during our foot treatment. It’s hard to unwind when you can hear everything around you.
We were also told when making the reservation that the half day package *includes a free lunch*. We had to ask about it when we paid after the treatments. We were then escorted to Stella Cafe with *no explanation* that we were given a *R150 voucher each*. The communication around this was poor.
The massage was another issue. I specifically asked the therapist for pressure between *medium and soft*, but I left feeling *sore* afterward.
I’ve been to *Mangwanani Winelands before and it was far better*. And we *paid twice as much here in Cape Town* for a worse experience.
If I’d known the standards wouldn’t meet my expectations, I would not have gone to Cape Town. But because it was in the Cullinan Hotel, I thought it would be the perfect way to finish off our anniversary celebration. We drove all the way from Franschhoek just to be disappointed. I could’ve used the *R3300* for another night’s stay at *@franschoek Hotel*.
I would like to request a refund or a free massage.
