点评：Very disappointing experience, zero customer care, and complete disregard for customer safety.
When we arrived around 10:00 AM, we were told there were no sunbeds or umbrellas available and that we would have to wait 1 to 1.5 hours. Despite having nowhere to sit, we still paid the €10 per person entrance fee, went to the bar, and bought drinks while waiting.
The main issue, however, was safety and accessibility. The water drops off drastically right at the shore—it becomes dangerously deep immediately. Even at 1.60 m tall and being an experienced swimmer, I couldn't touch the bottom at all just steps into the sea. For my mother, who cannot swim well, getting in was an outright hazard. There are no warnings about this, and charging people to enter a beach facility where basic access to the water is unsafe for non-swimmers is unacceptable.
Because the sea was unusable and potentially dangerous for us, we decided to leave after barely 30 minutes. We politely explained the situation at the entrance and requested a refund. They flatly refused. Their only "solution" was to offer my mother a life jacket, which completely defeats the purpose of relaxing at a beach club.
Taking money from guests who literally cannot safely set foot in the water, and then refusing a basic, reasonable refund after just 30 minutes, shows appalling customer service and greed. We literally threw €20 out the window for half an hour of frustration. We wouldn't have minded waiting for an umbrella if the sea had been accessible, but the lack of safety considerations and the rigid, uncaring attitude ruined our day. Would not recommend to anyone, especially families with kids, or average swimmers.
