Disgusting and overcrowded

点评：I visited the pool two days ago during the summer holidays with my two children. I expected it to be busy, but nothing like this You simply couldn’t swim because of the sheer number of people in both the children’s and main pools. Everyone was uncomfortably close together, and it felt more like a giant paddling pool full of strangers than a swimming pool.
We stayed in the children’s pool as it was marginally quieter, but unfortunately it was filthy. The water was cloudy, with leaves and other debris floating in it, and the bottom of the pool felt gritty underfoot. I felt extremely uncomfortable being in the water and couldn’t wait to leave.
Although the children still managed to have fun splashing about, the final straw came when I had to remove what I can only presume was someone else’s snot from my daughter’s hair. It certainly wasn’t hers. It made me physically gag.
The combination of severe overcrowding and poor cleanliness made the experience feel unhygienic and, in my opinion, unsafe. I won’t be returning and would not recommend visiting unless these issues are properly addressed.
