点评:I went in a large group, which we were told, would be free for us to go in. Though, the day started off as sunny, it soon started raining after we arrived. As it was February, there wasn't much to see and we were allowed to go our separate ways. I went into the house, via the library. It was empty, apart from some toys which were on the floor of one of the rooms and a TV showing the history of the place. In that room, I was allowed to look and take any books that I wanted. In another corridor, there were more bookshelves and I could help myself. After that, it felt like I was in a sauna as the hot air was coming from the indoors greenhouse. Nobody was allowed to go upstairs, which was a shame. Afterwards, I walked off to the church. It wasn't too far away and the steep road didn't bother me as I'm used to walking up any steep road. I was told to look out for Robert Dyer's headstone, which was in the church's wall. Luckily, the church was open and it had a guide book as to where to find it. As I walked back, it started raining again. There isn't much to see here and you would have to really love gardens and flowers if you want to visit it.
