Slightly disappointed by what could have been fantastic

点评：Did the 2 hour jet ski safari.
Experience was fun and the skis are an exhilarating ride especially on choppy seas that we had today.
Id say guys try make some effort on communication, this was our 3rd time of booking due to cancellations and they just dont answer emails, text or calls. Not great and a tad rude to be fair when your customers are trying to call to rebook or confirm you are running the session.
The 2 hour ride was actually 1 hour 15 for us today including boating out and back. Not great really and think we were short changed as they were running late by 40 minutes and we had to wait to start. Either that or we got an hour and they didnt confirm we'd booked for 2.
Shame really as could have been a brilliant day and a few points spoiled it overall and didnt feel like a reasonable price all in all.
