点评：Overall, an amazing experience! We researched cooking classes before arriving in Thailand and came across this one and booked online before arrival.
Everything was top notch. The setting was astounding. We didn’t realise it would be on a full complex but there were fountains, some water with bridges and seats to enjoy before your class started and take some pictures and then the area you did the cooking in was set up great. There was a full dining area as well as all of the hobs for us to cook.
There’s a menu for you to choose from too - which you don’t get at a lot of cooking classes. You cook 4 dishes and then there’s a PDF version of the recipes that you get sent afterwards which is a nice touch.
The visit to the market prior to you cooking is just to inform you about the ingredients. When you arrive at the cooking school, all the ingredients are prepped and ready to go. There’s several members of staff clearing and washing as you go too making it really easy and stress free.
Our teacher, Ally was really good! She had so much energy the whole time from picking us up to finishing the cooking class. She was really informative and clearly loves what she does.
Make sure to take some cash with you! When you visit the market beforehand, you have the option to walk round and buy something - we purchased smoothies in this time. They do also provide water for you while you cook, but if you’d like to enjoy an alternative soft drink or a beer, there’s a small charge for them.
For £30 per person, it was absolutely value for money and I would highly recommend if you’re in the Chiang Mai area!
