点评：On the night of March 20 I joined Aurora Chasers for a journey into the unknown. They picked up us 8 travelers in a very comfortable, heated and spacious Van at our respective hotels. When we first made a reservation to go with Marketa and Ronn Murry we were asked to fill out a questionnaire as to what type of cameras we had and what lens we had available. On the trek out to where we set up to photograph the Aurora, on the big screen TV in the van Ronn detailed the camera settings he recommended for our individual equipment. I was amazed at the complete depth Marketa and Ronn has on a complete array of equipment. The drive to the spot from Fairbanks was only abut a 25 minute drive. We set up in very wide and flat open space that had plenty of room for each of us to set up our cameras and for the next four hours we took the most amazing pictures. Marketa and Ronn would bounce around to each of us and give us individual pointers on different setting we could experiment with. The intensity and the movement of the lights changed constantly. If you got cold (it was cold) you could pop into the van to warm up and have a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. It is nature so no one can guarantee what any given night will bring, but Ronn has a satellite device on the roof of his van and can predict location and density as well as can be done. This was the fourth time I have been to Fairbanks for the Aurora . The experience has no comparison. If your going to have only one shot in you life to experience the North Lights Aurora Chasers is the shot you must take. Several days after returning home they sent several pictures of myself that Marketa took and some other shots as well. My wife and I have already inquired to book a trip February 2027
