点评：We were a group of four from Hong Kong and booked a private tour through PL Tour. Our driver and guide for the trip was Sarath.
The thing about Sri Lanka is that plans break. We hit a long traffic delay one afternoon and Sarath had already reworked the order of our stops before we'd finished complaining about it. He also reads a place well. A few times we asked about spots we'd seen online, and he was straight with us about which ones were worth the detour and which weren't. Some of his suggestions ended up being the best parts of the trip.
What we appreciated most is that he never rushed us. Four people with four different ideas about what to do that day, and he handled all of it without any fuss.
Very friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely good at solving problems as they come up. If you're putting together a small group tour and want someone who won't fall apart when something goes wrong, we'd book with him again.
