Disappointing experience in Kakum national park, due to unacceptable behavior of tour guide

点评：Very disappointing experience due to one guide’s behavior.
I arrived at 3:50 PM and confirmed at the entrance and ticket office that a 4:10 PM tour was available. I paid officially and received a ticket with the start time printed. However, the assigned guide immediately claimed I was “too late,” even though I had just been sold a valid ticket.
He left before the official start time, forcing me to run to catch up. Throughout the tour, he rushed us aggressively, refused short rest requests, and said he wanted to go home because we came “after his working hours.” He also shouted that we did not pay him directly and insulted my English ability.
He gave explanations only in a local language to Ghanaian visitors and provided us with no information in English, despite our requests.
The park itself is beautiful, which makes this even more unfortunate. I am writing this review for public interest, in the hope that no other visitors will experience similar treatment.
