点评：Very disappointing experience. We went into the store because my cousin’s friend wanted to buy a pair of shoes. We politely asked if it was possible to have a new pair instead of the display one, as it had clearly been tried on by several customers and was already showing signs of wear. Instead of responding politely, the sales assistant was rude and claimed that only we had tried on the shoes, which was simply not true. She then raised her voice and even called us rude, despite the fact that we remained calm and respectful throughout the entire conversation.
Asking for a new, unworn pair of shoes is a perfectly reasonable request when you’re ready to make a purchase. Because of the way we were treated, the store not only lost a sale but also lost potential returning customers.
I sincerely hope the staff reconsider how they treat customers, as kindness and professionalism should always come first.
If you’re planning to enjoy a day in Bellagio, I would not recommend stopping at Capriccio Calzature based on our experience.
