U.reliable business, don't waste your money
Howling Husky Sled Dog Tours的点评
点评：We went to Howling Huskies in August 2023. Don't waste your time or money. This busines is unreliable, untrustworthy and totally unprofessional. We travelled by car from interstate for 8 hours just for this husky ride experience and paid for accomodation at considerable expense, so we could be closer to Dinner Plain. We had booked and paid a deposit for the husky sled ride 6 months prior for the celebration of our anniversary. We were assured that even if there was no snow the sled ride would still go ahead. On the day, we arrived at Dinner Plain an hour before the scheduled time. Howling Huskies was a no show! Multiple phone calls, texts and emails. No response. Tried other phone numbers on the office door no luck. We were left high and dry after our long car trip. We also tried their Mt Hotham office where there was snow again a no show. Staying in Bright the next day we got a response from the owner. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND ANNOYING. No apology, he didn't care at all. After much complaining he offered our deposit back and said we could have a credit for another sled ride next year. Understandably we would not take this offer up to go through more cost and more expense for accomdation , driving (petrol) and time for holidays etc on a chance that this business would come through with the goods the following year. They are just NOT NOT NOT reliable. We would definitely NOT recommend this business. We went to Victoria especially for the Howling huskies sled ride at considerable expense and got nothing.
