点评：We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the Cheetah View Lodge. Our room had comfortable beds and the furnishings and amenities were high quality. The fans and air-conditioning worked well but rarely needed due to the high ceilings and opening doors with insect screens. The behind the scenes tour was fabulous, seeing the cats that are release candidates and the difference in their behaviour towards humans. The cheetah run is well worth the early start, followed by Hanging with the Herd. We watched the livestock guard dog take the goats out for a day of grazing. Then we visited a 2–3-day old goat and the two different litters of puppies. We also tried milking a goat. We did the sundowner tour twice and saw different animals each night. All our meals were delicious and plentiful. The goat milk ice-cream, at the café, is also delicious. The staff are friendly and clearly love their jobs. Nice to support such a successful foundation. The only suggestion we have is guests on the drives should be reminded to switch off the shutter sound effect on their digital cameras and phones as it clearly scares the animals.
