点评：Fantastic experience at Faber Castell. I've been a huge fan of their stationery and Graf brand of products I had to visit them in person. From the moment I entered the welcome center, there was a very warm vibe from Stephanie. Before going on the old pencil factory tour, I was helped in the gift shop by several experienced shop clerks who assisted me without pressure. They answered questions and went above and beyond. I inquired about service for two of my pens of the year and they took down my information and asked at the service department.
Afterwards I went on the tour with a full group in German language. It was very informative. Tour guide Stephanie was very engaging between the various ages in attendance.
They offered 25% rebate on in shop purchases where I got several things. I didn't catch the name of the clerk who assisted me, but she was very helpful. As a bonus, they even added not one, but three generous gifts!
Overall, any fans of the brand should definitely try to visit sometime if in Germany. I will definitely plan more ahead and try to get the castle tour next time, as it was completely booked full several days ahead of my planned visit. Visitor parking was a bit tight, but I think it doubles as staff parking, so get there early!
