Horribly loud organ and terrible service ruined the experience
Zaharakos Ice Cream Parlor and Museum的点评
点评:Very disappointing. Needs management.
I went with my granddaughters. There are nice things about the place, but to go and get ice cream was a complete waste of time. Sitting in the dining room, allow about an hour and a half at least to get an ice cream sundae. The waitresses are nonexistent. It takes about a half an hour to even get your order in and they were not busy (maybe half full). The biggest problem was the player organ. Yes, it looks nice and its historic but the volume was turned up to ear-splitting levels and that's not an exaggeration. Every kid in the place had their hands over their ears and every adult had a pained expression on their face. You literally could not hear someone talk who was a foot away. You would think the waitresses and management would have taken a hint at seeing everyone like this and either turn the damn thing down or off but they didn't. We finally picked up our ice cream and took it outside. It ruined the entire day. That is a shame because this could be a nice place.
