Very, very disappointed

点评：We took this tour on 19 June 24. The weather was dismal to say the least, of course that’s not the tour company’s fault, but the fact that the boat was fully booked meant there were not enough seats inside. The captain said that many would move outside once the boat left the harbour but that was never going to happen as it was raining sideways and blowing such a gale one could barely stand up. I did try to stand outside for a time as I was determined to see something, but I was actually then stuck’ outside for over 30 minutes unable to let go of the rails for fear of falling. I was drenched and frozen. Most other participants in the tour were very elderly (some seniors tour group):and almost all didn’t even try to go outside at all.
We didn’t get to see much of what I am sure is a spectacular landscape as the blinding rain made it absolutely impossible! We couldn’t take the usual route because it was too rough.
I really feel that the tour should have been canceled and participants given the opportunity of rebooking another day or a refund. It all felt a little bit greedy given the conditions. It was an expensive tour to get no opportunity to see birds, sea cliffs and sea stacks.
