点评:What a terrible experience with this company. All over the aviation museum they had signs up that said “Flights today” with pricing. My son and I visited the museum and I was excited to take him on his first flight. After seeing the sign and asking the front desk about it we decided to go for it. We had just seen a plane take off so figured they may have taken customers out so patiently waited. After half and hour I called the number listed…. The phone at the kiosk which was a cell phone rang. It appeared he left his cell phone back so I once again thought he may be on a flight. I checked with the front desk and they said the pilot must be on break or on a flight. So I continued to
Wait…. And wait….Finally, an older man came by dropped papers at the kiosk and walked away. My son and I were standing at the kiosk and not acknowledged. When I called out to the man I asked if he knew about the flights he said he runs the company but that he wasn’t flying today just weekends and walked away. Then why have the signs up? They are not permanent signs. Clearly he couldn’t be bothered to put in the effort to take the board down when he isn’t flying so he leaves up to mislead customers and disappoint their kids. What a waste Of my valuable time while I’m vacation. While waiting I was also disappointed to see customer paperwork and information left out on the counter. Lazy owner apparently.
