点评：Arrived with my husband and daughter mid morning for a latte, small beer and a white wine and a glass of water. Simple, you’d think? We sat outside for ages, no one came to serve us, so my daughter went inside with many others to queue at the bar. There was a single older lady serving and taking orders. Another man was not serving, talking to maybe a rep at the bar. Consequently every table was waiting to be cleaned and cleared with many bottles, glasses and cups to collect. When my daughter had finally been served after an age, and the drinks eventually arrived some time later, they were delivered without any care, courtesy or even a smile. My latte was fully cold, and my water (to take medication) was missed. Deciding against another 30 minute queue, my husband walked back to our car for our bottled mineral water for me, rather than risk the wrath of the clearly angry lady server again.

I know it’s hard in the service industry, but surely you should treat everyone alike? The place was about half filled with locals who were all served with much more kindness than we were. We paid and left. Fortunately, Eymet is blessed with a wide variety of eating and drinking options, so we will continue our discoveries in the opposite direction from here!
