Great online purchase experience, recommended.

点评：This review is for a purchase made online. The purchase was made following a telephone conversation with Ian of the shop. I ordered two bears. A limited edition bear, 'Tobias', made by Hazeley Bears of New Zealand. The other a minature 1905 Steiff replica, dark brown Mohair bear. Both came with all attached authenticity labels etc. Very swiftly a wonderfully packaged box arrived. Inside was a quaint Teddy bear postcard. On the other side of which, Ian had handwritten a very nice thank you note, for my order. Both bears, 'Tobias', with his travelling case, wonderful check lined duffle coat, complete with travel ticket protruding from a pocket of said coat and 'Bruno', as I have named him; are now established in their new home. Both bears are excellent, with great character. I made my purchases after studying photos and online sale details, on Teddy Bears of Witney website. As previously mentioned, then phoned the shop. I would definitely recommend Teddy Bears of Witney.
