Good little trip, Although definitely not via ferry in winter months

点评：We booked the mini cruise from Newcastle to Amsterdam,
The ferry was fun, plenty going on and to do.
I would recommend booking and paying in advance for the buffet restaurant as its much cheaper than on the day.
We got a really good deal, we paid £150 for 2 adults, 2 night mini cruise with evening meal and breakfast on our outbound journey.
Downside it took so long to actually get off the ferry when we arrived in Amsterdam then even more time to get through security, plus the 45 mins coach transfer by the time we actually got into Amsterdam we only had 3.5 hours and we had to be back on the coach to go back to the ferry.
I wouldn't recommend going via ferry this time of year, our trip over to Amsterdam was a little rocky but ok, however our trip home was completely different, literally the whole night there was a storm, dont think anyone on the ferry slept a wink.
We were so sick, what made things worse was we were 1.5 hours behind time because of the storm.
We were definitely ready to get off when we finally arrived in Newcastle.
All in all good little trip but definitely need more time and better weather!
