Avoid this place at all costs – shocking experience!

点评：I will never recommend or return to this establishment. The manager (or owner – a blonde woman with an American accent) is an incredibly off-putting, unprofessional, and frankly rude individual who is entirely unsuitable for a role involving the public, let alone children.
I visited with a friend and our children. I had brought some muffins from home specifically for my 10-month-old baby (as I was already aware of the poor quality of food on-site). After five minutes, I was approached by two staff members who insisted it wasn't "baby food" and told me to put it away. Despite the absurdity of the request, I complied and placed everything inside my personal handbag.
However, about 45 minutes later, "Sarah" (whose name appears frequently in other negative reviews) approached us. She aggressively demanded to take my handbag away because there was food inside it. I was shocked. When I explained that the food was put away and no one was eating, she raised her voice, stating: "It’s my place, my rules—if you don’t like it, leave." I had to firmly tell her not to touch my personal belongings.
The entire scene, involving her and two other staff members, was utterly embarrassing and witnessed by other customers. One staff member even felt the need to point out that my children had eaten a Kinder egg—as if it were a serious crime.
Beyond the appalling service, the facilities are in a dire state:
• Hygiene: The toilets were filthy, with bins overflowing with dirty nappies.
• Maintenance: Hand dryers were broken with no signage to inform guests.
• Food: The quality of the food provided on-site is dreadful.
This place is a disgrace and, frankly, should be closed down. I will be sure to warn everyone I know to stay away. Truly awful.
