Expansive clean beach with some wonderful scenery and pine forest

点评：We did visit here twice during our stay in the area. The first occasion we walked along the beach from our Hotel, Tui Blue Matta Village, it took about 25 minutes.
The second occasion, on Friday 18th July, was less strenuous as we drove here. We parked in in the free car parking with a picnic area adjacent to the beach. From there we walked the short distance through the pine forest to the beach.
The beach is located along the east coast of Sardinia and is regarded as a long stretch of white medium grained sand. It is washed by the shallow waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, part of the Mediterranean Sea
In general the beach is clean and well maintained with plenty of space to spread out towels and beach mats. At the time of our visit there were no sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach. The only shade was provided by the trees at the back of the beach.
The Fiume di Posada (Posada River) makes it's way to the sea along this beach. The river bank is a popular spot for visitors, sunbathers and access to the sea.
As we walked along the beach we did get some wonderful views along the River and surrounding terrain.
Towards the back of the beach is Bar Ristorante Mediterraneo which open in the evening. While the beach bar, on the sand, is open during the day.
