点评：Our experience was amazing, all the crew (Gavin the pilot, Gareth, David and Darren) were so so lovely and they made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable, even though it was already so perfect! My family have been trying to go on a balloon ride for around 10 years (when we first bought the tickets) and due to unfortunate weather we haven’t been able to, but it was so worth the wait. We actually almost went up last week, but again due to low clouds we were unable, but we had the same pilot back then (Gavin), who made that experience great as well, even though it was unsafe for us to fly at that time. He let us get the ballon out have a look around it, walk through it… genuinely, they all did everything they could to make the best out of an unfortunate circumstance. We really couldn’t have asked for a better crew or a better flight, we thank you all so much. We loved it! We also came away with some brilliant photos and videos taken with the flights camera which will help to capture and keep that perfectly memorable opportunity.
