Ike's Beach Service的点评
点评：Ikes Beach Service was very easy to communicate with during the online booking process, which I appreciated.
There were four of us, but we ordered six chairs and three umbrellas, and I would definitely do it that way again. There was always plenty of shade for those who wanted it, and the extra chairs were helpful for towels, bags, and beach items.
Our chairs and umbrellas were set up by 9 a.m., and the beach attendant was always nearby and available if we needed anything. The setup itself was excellent and made our beach days very easy.
The only downside is the 5 p.m. pickup time. It is unfortunate because there is no real opportunity to enjoy those last few cooler hours of daylight from your chairs and umbrellas.
On our first rental day, we asked our attendant if we could pay for an extra hour or two the next day, along with an additional tip. He kindly explained that it was not available because he had to report back to the office. I also called the company to ask about the possibility, but no one returned my call.
In an effort to help, our beach attendant offered to pick up our chairs last, which was a gracious gesture. In reality, though, it gave us only about 30 extra minutes at most, and we felt a little uncomfortable knowing he still needed to finish his work and get back to the office.
So, Good to Know: additional hours do not seem to be an option. Sunset time on the beach with rented chairs is simply not possible with the current pickup schedule.
Overall, they were excellent in terms of communication, setup, and service. I would use them again, but next time I would love to find a beach service that allows a later pickup — if that is even possible.
