Best Spa Experience , amazing food
The Malvern Spa的点评
点评：Had a wonderful relaxing two days at the spa. It is clean and well maintained to a high standard. A special thank you to all the employees for their professionalism and kindness. The staff made our stay extra special. Special thanks to lovely Tilly on reception, ever helpful, wonderful Fi on beauty reception, what a kind and warm person & lovely to speak to. Met the lovely new chef John what an amazing chef he is and very knowledgeable, lovely to chat to, his fillet steak and Stilton sauce probably the best we’ve ever had, the quality and taste amazing, cooked to perfection. And never forgetting restaurant manager Ollie who is a credit to the spa, his personality lights the room up. The treatments were also amazing, the lovely Georgia who is amazing at massage and facial, and a very kind professional lady. The bedroom was really comfortable great nights sleep. Best spa experience, and we will return very soon thank you all.
