The Malvern Spa的点评
点评：I visited Malvern Spa for my birthday, for the second year in a row, and had an amazing time!
From the warm welcome at reception and the lovely customer service, to the relaxing spa area and treatments.
All the staff were incredibly helpful whenever we had queries or requests, and a special thank you to Ollie for his wonderful and cheerful service during our dinner on both occasions, and making my birthday feel special! Both breakfast and dinner were great (including room service), no complaints about the food or drinks!
The spa itself was very relaxing and there was plenty of room during the afternoon and evening (we stayed from Wed-Fri). The hydrotherapy pool was at a good temperature and was also lovely outside even though it was March. I was also very happy that drink orders could be taken by the pool, while relaxing on the loungers :)
I booked a full body hot stone massage, which was fantastic and I’d highly recommend. The masseuse was lovely and it was a very calming environment. After your massage you can visit the relaxation room for further tranquility.
Overall it was a lovely trip, I’ve already recommended to others, and I’ll definitely be back. Malvern Spa has such a cosy vibe and we were made to feel right at home. Thank you!!
