点评:Any business, including a shopping mall, has 1 chance to make a good first impression. Since the parking garage is the first encounter, this mall failed miserably. Fighting traffic to squeeze into narrow parking spaces is not fun. Having to do this fast so that you don't waste the free minutes makes it worse. There are plenty of signs about scanning the QR code to pay for parking, but almost no signs showing where to enter the mall. I didn't want to set up an online account for a place that I may never go to again.
There are no great bargains to find. Stores may advertise 50% off marked price, but then do not show the price until check out. Surprisingly we spent more than the minimum needed to get free parking so that part worked the way the mall intended.
What do people without smartphones do if they drive here and try to park? Apparently they are not welcome.
