Very poor toilet facilities, not enough for the site and not working properly

点评：I visited on August 10, 2026 with my daughters and their families.
There was a lot to love - the Woodland Trail was really nice, feeding the animals was fun, the tractor ride was great, all the staff were friendly and the bubble lady put on a really good show.
It was disappointing that the foam party didn’t take place as we’ve been on a previous visit and the grandchildren had loved it and promised their visiting cousins from Belfast a foam party - but apparently you’d run out of foam because it’s so popular. That wasn’t good. The playground is very good and the children loved it, likewise, the mini golf and the bouncing pillows.
BUT …….. - although there was so much to enjoy, we were really really disappointed in the toilet facilities. The portaloo which had been in the Woodland Trail had been removed since our last visit. On the main site it seems that there were just four portaloos by the dome and two more by the exit. It was a very very busy day and there were LOADS of people there, consequently that number of toilets just could not cope and they were horrible to put it mildly.
Most of them were completely full of paper and faeces, and people were complaining that they would not flush properly.
So we had to go into those tiny, boiling hot, unhygienic stinky portaloos and use them despite them being so horrible..
I’ve read your replies to other customers saying you need to invest a great deal of money in order to erect a toilet block. If that is beyond your finances, you could at least provide more of the portaloos so that the waste products of all the customers wasn’t confined to so few toilets.
For me, this really spoiled the day. I was so disappointed and disgusted - I won’t be coming again with my family until you have better toilet facilities.

我读过您给其他顾客的回复，您提到需要投入大量资金才能建造一个厕所区。如果这笔费用超出了您的预算，至少也可以多配备一些移动厕所，这样所有顾客的排泄物就不至于都挤在那么少的厕所里了。
对我来说，这件事真的毁掉了我一整天的好心情。我感到非常失望和恶心——在你们改善厕所设施之前，我不会再带家人来了。
