Too cold in the cafe to properly enjoy the great food. Disappointing and makes no sense

点评：Went with friends to sample the food in the cafe after seeing the Facebook page. The food was fantastic and all of us loved it with no complaints at all, coffee was also great. The staff are hardworking and attentive and generally lovely. What was so disappointing about our visit was the fact it was so cold in there! Despite floor level heaters it was so cold we had to eat with coats on. When we entered the door was wide open and we assumed it would be closed but after enquiring with the staff it was explained that it is always open and hence that is why us and everyone around us were sat in coats. It really spoiled what should have been a great experience.
We spoke to a couple of other customers who said they have commented on it before and also don’t understand why in the middle of winter the door is left open.
Staff explained that it’s so visitors can see the shop is open, but this is ridiculous. Everyone is used to opening a door to enter a building especially in the middle of winter.
We won’t be returning until it’s warmer which is a great shame, but please review this crazy policy. I am sure I am not the only person to have commented on this.
