Island Routes Caribbean Adventures - Grenada的点评
点评：Booked the snorkel tour and it was a horrible experience. To start out with, the 50 foot charter yacht was more like a a beat up fishing boat. Then when it was time to snorkel, the gear given to us was so disgusting it was unusable. There was black all in the mouth pieces. Next lunch was described online as “grilled fish, lobster, chicken with fresh fruit, salads and assorted chips” instead we got served street food from a market. Needless to say I got food poisoning from it. When we complained in person, the staff was extremely stand-offish and rude. She said “well lobsters not in season” and had no apologies for the food that was served. She also said that they were in the process of updating the tour description online that’s why we didn’t get a correct description. She stated an “investigation” would occur and we never heard from anyone. So the next day we went back to the excursion office and the same worker from the previous day stated she had no idea what we were talking about following up on our complaint. When talking to other staff at the sandals resort, we told them we were served food from the market and every single staff member stated “oh yeah I would never eat food from there” so it is a known problem. Shame on sandals and island routes for continuing to advertise and promote this horrible tour.
