点评:For animal viewing, you get what you get - some times you see everything, some times you see nothing - it’s just nature. 5 years living in Kenya teaches you that!
However, I did find the entry into the park a little strange. The prices published on the Shaba game reserve weren’t what we were charged - and suddenly our 5 seater became a 6 or more seater (because we could possibly squeeze 4 people in the back seat perhaps??!).
Then we were told we had to pay our game reserve fee to the wardens personal mPesa. Really? Apparently in Isiolo county they don’t have a pay bill number. Oh - and no payment by card at all - just cash or mPesa (despite the Shaba website saying you can pay by any major credit card.
Luckily, we had mPesa, but if you are a solo tourist, be warned. Same applies above to Buffalo Springs (except they finally produced an mPesa pay bill number after a little persuasion)

哦,对了——完全不能刷卡——只能用现金或mPesa(尽管沙巴网站上说可以用任何主流信用卡支付)。
