A Disappointing Experience
Piscine Termali Theia的点评
点评：Today my husband and I visited Piscine Termali Theia for their thermal pools. We had a very disappointing experience. When you check in, you are not given a brochure or information of any kind that helps you navigate the baths, lockers, rentals, etc. We got a bracelet that did not work from the very beginning. The woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude and just wanted to rush people in. When we got to the locker room, we discovered that our bracelets did not work. It was not a matter of language difficulty because my husband speaks fluent Italian. We finally got the lockers opened and we were able to use the thermal baths. The thermal baths are lovely and have a fascinating Etruscan past.
When lunchtime came around, my husband attempted to go down to the lockers to get his wallet. However, no one knew how to open the lockers. Once again, there were problems with the bracelet and everything was totally disorganized. I walked into the cafeteria to review the menu. The man behind the counter was so rude. He kept telling me “you can’t come in,” “you can’t come in.” I explained that I just needed to know how to get in, but he kept going on and on. My husband came back up and we decided to just leave, but when we tried open the lockers, no-one could open them. We tried to take a shower, and there were no hooks for your robe and no towels to dry off. I guess they expected you to use the same towel that you used for the thermal baths. The woman at the front desk was horrible. I DO NOT recommend visiting this spa. Although the thermal pools are nice, it’s not worth the stress that you have to go through with everything else. I give it a one star.
