点评：My wife and I both worked in senior management positions in a Service industry where we identified and implemented Best Practices and excellence in Customer Service. We are now able to travel extensively, and have had occasion to use a wide variety of tour operators, both large and small. Many have been OK. At the very pinnacle of the “Best” list in a category all his own is Alex Graeme with Unique Devon Tours. We’ve been fortunate to use his services twice, first throughout Devon in 2024, and just completed, a return visit to Devon and a delightful visit through Cornwall. Both were outstanding travel experiences. Alex has an encyclopaedic knowledge of England and Scotland and is chock full of wonderful anecdotal stories which he’s eager to share with his passengers. And if it’s a rainy day, Alex can share his own photos he’s taken on a better day. He’ll pause at the most scenic spots for you to capture your best photos. That’s a great bonus.
Your time will be well spent with Alex; he knows all the out-of-the-way sights that you’d never find on your own, or can’t reach on the big buses. Lunches were often reserved ahead in the best historic or quaint establishments that he’s taken his guests to on many occasions, so there’s no guesswork, no waiting, and always the best tables. Whether you want to eat at a tiny tea shoppe or at a majestic castle, Alex can effortlessly accommodate your preferences and tailor your travel time together to suit your personal or group needs.
As you can no doubt tell, my wife and I cannot recommend Alex Graeme highly enough. Great value for your investment, the best use of your precious travel time, and experiences to last you a lifetime. If all goes well, a third trip with Alex to Scotland is in our plans.
