A truly memorable wine tasting experience... with a bit of shark thrown in too!

点评：We contacted John through his affiliate wine company (Cape Fine Wine Tours) a few weeks before our arrival to Cape Town.
He replied promptly on the same day with offers for what I had described in an initial email. The communication 'back and forth' was excellent with John coming up with a provisional two-day Stellenbosch and Franschhoek itinerary, which we ended up 'tweaking' with an extra meal to Babylonstoren... at the last minute!
I then asked if John could arrange a 'shark tour' through Blue Sky Tours... which he did... plus personally provided the return transfer... It was an unforgettable (if a bit cold!) morning with the sharks viewable from both the boat and the attached cage).
John's transportation throughout the three days was excellent, and the content of the two-day wine tours was amazing, stunning and many other adjectives! We had bespoke visits to six very different wineries. These weren't a 'quick sip and a bite of cheese or chocolate' tours; but a sit down with the experts/owners who enthused about their produce and allowed us to taste some real gems.
John's inputs and care for us made for a memorable (second) stay in Cape Town and its surroundings.
We are already planning to return... and John will be our first contact to help us to arrange another fabulous trip to this beautiful area.

约翰的投入和关怀，让我们在开普敦及其周边地区度过了难忘的（第二次）旅程。
我们已经计划再次来这里了……约翰将是我们的第一个联系人，帮助我们安排另一次前往这个美丽地区的精彩旅程。
