A couple of old farts feel like kids again!

点评：My father (79) and I just spent a couple days snowmobiling with Bear Rock Adventures in Pittsburg, NH and stayed in one of their Basecamp cabins. We had an absolute blast.
The sleds were Polaris Indy Adventure 650s with GPS, and they were incredible machines. Fast as hell and clearly very well maintained — hammer the throttle and the skis come right off the ground. My father hadn’t been on a sled in a very long time and by the end of the first ride he was grinning like a young man again.
The first day was brutally cold (negative temps), but Bear Rock rents full gear — suits, boots, gloves, and helmets with defoggers. Everything worked great and kept the cold out, which made a huge difference.
We stayed in the three-bedroom Basecamp cabin, which was perfect. Clean, comfortable, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and best of all it sits right on the snowmobile trail. We parked the sleds right outside and rode straight out in the morning.
What really stood out though was the people. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Dean walked us through everything — GPS, safety gear, tracking system — and made sure we were ready to go. Pete helped us sort out a small logistics issue and couldn’t have been nicer. You can tell the folks there really enjoy what they do.
One small thing that really impressed me: when I booked the cabin I used their 10% military discount. Once they saw we were also renting sleds, they automatically bumped it to their 15% discount without me even asking. They didn’t have to do that, but they did — and that kind of thing tells you a lot about how a business treats people.
Everything was well organized, communication was clear, and the whole experience felt easy and welcoming.
If you’re thinking about snowmobiling in NH, Bear Rock Adventures is the place to go. Great sleds, great cabins, and really great people.
We’ll definitely be back.

一切都安排得井井有条，沟通也很顺畅，整个体验轻松愉快，让人感觉宾至如归。
