点评：While there were some positives, (enthusiastic guide and decent food) this camp does not come close to justifying its price point.
The check-in process was disorganised and unwelcoming, setting the tone for the stay. The common area is poorly designed. Although it has Wi-Fi (the only place in the camp) the area extremely exposed to wind and rain. Everything gets wet, and it becomes very unpleasant to sit in for any length of time. Drinks must be requested in this area.
The bedroom was dirty and uncomfortable. Soil constantly came into the room, large gaps in the tent allowed insects inside, and there were bats and birds in the shower area. The toilet was not clean, and the bed linen was stained. Everything stayed damp and muddy throughout our stay.
Housekeeping was erratic and unreliable. Towels were not replaced and remained damp, drinking and cleaning water was not replenished, and there were no vanity packs. The lighting in the room was poor, with very few mirrors, making basic tasks difficult.
There is no running water nor electricity in the room. The bucket shower is small and the water was not hot, which was awful on cold and rainy nights.
Meals were frequently delayed, the drink selection was minimal, and the dining chairs were uncomfortable. The waitstaff were overbearing at times, which added to the sense of poor organisation rather than hospitality.
Overall, this camp is significantly overpriced for what it offers and does not match its advertised standard.
While we acknowledge this is a moving campsite, the location of the camp was poor. There is no view, the area is muddy and boggy, and there was very little wildlife around the camp during the day (but a lot making noise at night). The surroundings are boring and lack the sense of place you expect in the Serengeti. Long drives, bouncing around in a Land Cruiser for hours is required to view anything else than wildebeest.
