点评：horrible. absolutely horrible. the boat trip was lovely, they were all really friendly at first, however the moment we got back, accusations flew around about scratching the boat. before i continue, i would like to make it clear that they insisted on no stops (because the boat could get damaged)
we made a quick stop, making sure not to get the boat anywhere near a possible hazard. they then continued to accuse my mum of lying, and charged us £200 for a tiny scratch the length of 1cm that we did not make! the staff all quickly became agressive causing me; a 12 year old child to be purposely shoved off the path by the manegar. he then angrily shoved my mum several times leaving my sister in tears. all in all, this was a horrible experience leaving us permanently scarred and we will not be coming back.
