Friendly hosts, great value, one big letdown.

点评：We visited this pub several times throughout the week and were consistently impressed with the warm and welcoming hospitality provided by the hosts, Mark and Patty. They create a friendly atmosphere, and the pub offers excellent drinks at very reasonable prices, which made each visit enjoyable. There are plenty of screens on which you can view sport or music.
Regrettably, our final evening was somewhat disappointing. Both my husband and I drink only Jameson, and on this occasion, what was served did not appear to be genuine. The colour was noticeably lighter than usual, and the taste was unusual, almost as though it had been diluted or replaced with something else. After removing the straw and drinking directly from the glass, the flavour remained the same, confirming our concerns.
This unfortunate experience cut our evening short and cast a shadow over what had otherwise been a very positive week of visits. It is a pity, as the pub itself and the hospitality from Mark and Patty were otherwise excellent.
