Paradiso restaurant is my worst restaurant experience ever

点评：We attended a birthday get together at Paradiso on 01 August 2026. We were a group of about 25 people. We got there between 6 and 7pm.
The waiter took our drinks orders very quickly. They only took meal orders at about 8pm.
The meals only arrived at 10.15pm.
Each time we asked about the meals the waiter gave us an update that it is 10 minutes away.
At 9pm the waiter came to change our order as the lamb chops had run out.
This was 1 hour after placing the orders and when we were actually expecting to eat.
When the meals came at 10 15pm, 5 meals were missed.
The waiter said that it is on its way.
This took another 60 minutes to arrive.
The meals that came were not prepared as requested and came without the sauces and accompaniments as ordered. When my meal arrived at 11.15pm, I sent it back as I was far too annoyed to eat dinner 3h15 minutes after ordering it.
The waiters had lied the entire evening with no apology.
This was the worst service that I had ever received from any business.
The biggest disappointment was that I was looking forward to dinner at Paradiso as the social media post had looked very exciting.
No manager had bothered to come and apologize or explain what was going on.
I would absolutely never recommend Paradiso to anyone.
