Jomtien the quiet area a bit different to Pattaya

点评：I like Jomtien for it's less busy side of life in Thailand even though you still get and see everything just like Pattaya has but less crowded and more relaxing. Jomtien is slightly cheaper in some things than in Pattaya and the markets are great to walk around as they have a few up here and a few bar areas which do great cocktails. The beach looks very clean and wonderful to walk on and the sea enjoyable for swimming as in my opinion not or less polluted than other beach areas. The sea food in Jomtien is always fresh to eat and a fast catch. People look more at peace in Jomtien and more relax. I really enjoy walking around Jomtien day or night and always feel very safe. Side note beware soi dogs are about sometimes and group together at night especially around the beach. The food and drink is just as amazing as the food and drink around Thailand or Bangkok. I think also the sidewalks / pavements in some areas of Jomtien are a lot better than Bangkok and the street lights always working.
