点评:First time attending this centre
First of all, there is not enough parking for the amount of people attending. If you only have so many parking spaces, why take money from customers who can’t even park there?
To my surprise on arrival, there was absolutely nowhere to park and I had arrived 30 minutes early. I had to walk 10 minutes across an industrial estate in the torrential rain with two young babies. It is difficult enough to get out of the house with twins.
Once arriving, the girl on the counter was sympathetic but I’m sure she’s bored of hearing the same thing off people everyday.
I am quite disappointed by the price for what I encountered. £20 for myself and two 5 month old babies. Definitely not worth that much. I understand businesses need to make money in this day and age but I am confused as to why the supervising adult has to pay.
I was expecting much more for this price.
Needless to say, this has put me off going to any soft plays in the future. I think the business should consider lowering their capacity but I am sure they are happy to take peoples money and let them figure out parking for themselves. You cannot expect customers to park on a retail park they are not even going too.
