点评：This isn’t our first visit but will definitely be our last! Sadly not quite sure what’s happened to the place… parking was a nightmare to start with being shouted at by a business owner about parking, who persisted to make threats to other parents about parking. I shared with the staff at the playcentre who just were not bothered and said ‘well we do advise people not to park down there’ I’ve never seen this on their website nor told it before. Sadly those who parked on double yellows all got parking tickets.
Upon entry at 10.40am! You could see most of the tables already reserved with peoples bags / coats etc. we always use the lockers provided to store our stuff as I really don’t see holding a table up when your not sat at it because your off playing! Due to this when we did decide to eat there were no tables whatsoever! I’d paid for a meal ticket package for my little girl… to which I asked for a refund as it was clear I was unable to get a table and no way could my little girl sit on a high chair table therefore unable to order food!
It was just mayhem customer service, parking all rubbish… wouldn’t mind but it’s one of the more expensive playcentres. Needless to say I won’t be doing the hour long round journey to return anytime.

早上10点40分到达时，可以看到大部分桌子都被人占了，上面放着包、外套等等。我们总是把东西放在储物柜里，因为我觉得没必要占用桌子，尤其是在大家都去玩的时候！结果，当我们决定吃饭的时候，竟然一个桌子都没有！我给女儿买了餐券套餐……结果因为根本没地方坐，我女儿又不能坐在儿童餐椅上，所以没法点餐，我就要求退款了！
服务简直一团糟，停车也乱七八糟……本来还好，但这可是比较贵的儿童游乐中心之一。不用说，我以后肯定不会再花一个小时来回跑了。
