Head Over Heels的点评
点评：Booked a time slot for our 15 month old Granddaughter and arrived 30 minutes to spare but could not get a parking space. It is in the middle of a trading estate so double yellow lines everywhere.
I went in to explain we were here but cannot park in either carparks and other customers were the same. I was advised by staff to use the retail park about 25 minutes walk away in the pouring rain.
I decoded to take my Granddaughter in and leave my husband outside still waiting for parking. I was told it was unlimited play and when we got in it was absolutely packed with no tables or chairs available. This explained the parking disaster because people with earlier time slots were not leaving to allow later customers to park for their slot.
Our Grandaughter lasted half an hour and we brought her out of the 0-3 play area due to it being over subscribed. There was an older child running (about 10-11)years old around this area unsupervised jumping over the toddlers and bumping into them. We decided to leave after retreating for a coffee. It was mayhem!
Never again and especially being £22 worse off. Luckily no parking ticket which was the only bonus.
