We had an extremely disappointing experience hosting Dr. Dalvinder Pandher at one of our properties in London. Throughout the stay, he raised a series of complaints that were investigated and found to be unsupported. Airbnb reviewed the matter independently and declined his request for compensation, confirming that no breach of standards or amenity failure occurred.
We also found his communication with our team to be hostile and unconstructive. The manner in which the situation was escalated gave us the impression that the complaints were more aligned with obtaining concessions than resolving genuine issues.
As a business, we strongly believe that a person’s professional conduct is reflected in the way they interact with others outside their workplace. Our experience in this case was regrettably negative and far below what we would expect from someone in a professional field.
