Excellent cinema trip!
Omniplex Cinema Birmingham的点评
点评：We went to watch Hoppers on Saturday and it was the first time the children had been. They loved it!!! Especially the reclining seats, the look on the inside of the building and the kids snack tray. They only want to go to the cinema here now!
I can honestly say that both times I have been, all the staff have been friendly and helpful and the cinema has been immaculately clean. Special shout out to Donna who not only chatted with the boys about the film, she also sorted out vegetarian sweets for my son in place of the Haribo sweets in the snack box. AND because she had spent the time to chat with us she knew how to find us when she found my son had left his coat and phone at the counter, which she brought to us in the cinema.
At one point there was an issue with the ordering system and the queue built up briefly. But very quickly staff came from all over and jumped on the tills to deal with the waiting customers very swiftly. Thank you so much Donna and to all of the staff.
