Herbert Woods的点评
点评：Booked a 5 night holiday with Herbert Woods, first time using them but will not be using again.
Check in was at 1:30pm, when we checked in was told our boat wasn’t ready yet, waited another hour and decided to go back into reception and find out when it would be ready, was told it was due to a broken toilet roll holder and someone had gone out to buy a new one to replace, ended up waiting an hour and half for the boat to be ready.
When we was able to get to the boat, we headed for our life jackets from the office and then was told we had to wait 30 minutes before we could set off because he wanted to go for his break, when he asked if that was okay we said that we’d already been waiting over an hour and half more to get to the boat and he just shrugged us off and laughed.
The boat was completely inadequate for a 5 night stay, there was no adequate heating so it was absolutely baltic on the boat every night.
There was a ridiculous amount of condensation build up on every wall, ceiling and window to the point every surface in the boat was wet and was even dripping all over the sofa in the lounge space so it made it unusable to sleep on and sit on.
The condensation on the ceiling was dripping all over our belongings, bedding making them wet and damp and because it was so cold on the boat with no adequate heating nothing was drying.
Above one of the beds was exposed rusty nails where one of us had to sleep.
There was even mold build up on the curtains and above the door frames, I dread to think was under the so called ceiling.
We ended up calling off our trip early because we couldn’t stay in those conditions anymore.
When we went into the office to explain the issues we just got told to fill in a feedback form and felt like non of it was taken seriously or was actually going to be acknowledged.
Safe to say we will not be using Herbert woods again in the future.

天花板上的冷凝水滴落在我们的行李和床上用品上，弄得它们又湿又潮。由于船上没有足够的暖气，又冷又闷，所以什么都晾不干。
其中一张床的上方裸露着生锈的钉子，我们其中一人就睡在那儿。
窗帘和门框上方甚至都长了霉，我都不敢想象所谓的“天花板”下面会是什么样子。
我们最终不得不提前取消行程，因为我们实在无法忍受这样的环境。
当我们去办公室反映这些问题时，他们只是让我们填写反馈表，感觉我们的反馈根本没人重视，也没人会理会。
可以肯定地说，我们以后绝不会再选择赫伯特伍兹游艇公司了。
